Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure:
After contacting the Fernandez Law Group in Tampa FL in Early May 2016, I was put in contact with Legal Assistant and Processor, Sherry Kelly. After much consideration, it was determined with high confidence that a successful deed in lieu of foreclosure (DIL) regarding my property would be achieved. She said "I am confident that I can work worth the lender(s) and complete the DIL in approximately four months time". Her words proved accurate in that she was able to accomplish a difficult task that only legal professionals can accomplish. In my case, I had been working on either a short sale or DIL since 2011; during those strenuous previous years, the lender would ultimately prove that cooperation is only achieved through professional legal representatives, such as Sherry Kelly. In my own personal experience, my correspondence and phone calls to the lenders regarding a DIL were literally dismissed over the years, and responded to by numerous, duplicate paperwork asking me to basically rethink my desire to go through with a DIL or short sale. This all repeated in a terribly frustrating three to six month cycle with seemingly no end. Once Sherry took on my case and over the course of her projected timeline, she corresponded to me the difficulties and challenges regarding my property that has been in limbo for nearly five years. Her legal knowledge and proven long term accomplishments would prove vital in the successful deed in lieu of foreclosure for my property. After many years of attempting to do my own work for a short sale and or a DIL, I firmly believe that some things require the experts and in this case Sherry Kelly of Fernandez Law Group, was the reason I was able to relinquish my property and even go as far to dissolve near 20 thousand dollars of debt. I personally recommend both the Fernandez Law Group, and especially Sherry Kelly for her expertise.

Loan Modification:
When I first walked into Fernandez Law Group's office I didn't have any expectations because everyone I spoke to prior said they couldn't help my situation. But after my consultation with Sherry I knew I was in good hands and I had a sense of optimism. My fiancé was about months pregnant at the time so saving my home and getting a fresh start was critical to me! I had always been embarrassed to discuss matters about my foreclosure problems but, I felt like I was dealing with family here and nobody was judging me. Sherry did everything she promised she would and she stayed in constant contact making sure I was doing my part! I just recently received my permanent modification and to this day Sherry still checks in on me and my family, I had honestly lost all hope before I found out about Fernandez Law Group! I honestly felt like family and not a client, they sincerely care about your situation, I can't thank them enough!
